The Beijing was born as name of that city in 1057 BC by king Wu that time this city calling as a ji. But on 1421 this was calling as Beijing.

There are more then 18 districts are involving in that city these state are as Dongcheng, Xicheng, Xuanwu, Chongwen, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai and Shijingshan in the surburbs and Fangshan, Mengtougou, Changping, Tongxian, Shunyi, Daxing, Huairou, Miyun, Pinggu and Yianqing.We are calling this city as another name Peking literally meaning of Peking is “northern capital”. Peking is the real name of this which has called by Chinese Postal Map Romanization. Beijing is the English name of Peking.

The Economy of Beijing growing very fast.Beijing has been called as China's capital city almost exclusively since the 1600s. Beijing’s nominal GDP is increases high. In 2006, Beijing nominal GDP was 772.03 billion RMB something. This GDP is 12% more then previous year. When International Olympic Committee in 2001 is selection beijing for 2008 Olympic Games, the world has been focused on Beijing.

As we know Shanghai is biggest city of China while Beijing is second largest city of China. The transportation facility of Beijing is very high quality in this city dozens of railways, roads passing through this city.Very few cities are moving fast on earth Beijing one of them.

This is the academic and cultural capital city of the People’s Republic of China. There is number of cranes rule the horizon, hotels and shopping malls are increasing at very high rate. Now Beijing is fully focused on only one thing 2008 Olympics.
